11/28: When Cooper and Michelle stepped outside our back door and saw a neighbor's house decked out with Christmas lights, Cooper turned to Michelle and said "You'd better get crackin' on ours mom"
Cooper was playing in the backyard with his friend Kaley. They were playing house and Cooper was the dad. The family decided to take a trip to Disneyland and had to fly to California. Cooper came in the house and asked me to be the flight attendent and bring them some treats.
We are adopting a baby girl from China and today marked a key milestone. We submitted our dossier to our adoption agency for their review, translation, and submission to the Chinese agency. Cooper is excited about becoming a big brother and is more aware of everything Chinese these days. He told me the other day that the red / crimson colors on a comforter in a store were "China colors." He also seems to be watchng a Chinese-based cartoon more now (Sagwa - he didn't really like it before) and he's aware that almost all of his toys are made in China. Checking over the dossier package before taking it to our adoption agency.
