Mary Beth's Caramels

Ingredients

2 cans condensed milk

1 pound butter

1 bag brown sugar

2 cups light corn syrup

1-2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

Mix milk, butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup

Boil until 245 degrees

Add 1-2 teaspoons vanilla

Pour into greased 13 x 9 glass Pyrex

Cool, cut, and wrap in wax paper
