Michelle, Cooper, and I lived in Glacier National Park for about five weeks in 2006. Cooper and Michelle would go to Rocky Beach (our name for the beach) often and Cooper would throw rocks into Lake McDonald for hours. Rocky Beach is just south of Lake McDonald Lodge. We found the exact spot during our trip. Cooper was a good sport to reenact this for us.

After leaving Glacier we drove home via Yellowstone. We entered the park in the morning at Gardiner and then drove the Lamar Valley. The wildlife was amazing. We did not spend more time in Yellowstone because we had visited it the year prior. However, we did not get to see the Lamar Valley last year.
After exiting Yellowstone we drove the Beartooth Highway. It was amazing. This is the summit. There was a pica and a marmot at the summit.
We stopped by Hot Springs State Park in Thermopolis, WY. The Koi fish in the video above were in a pond on the flat area above the kid's heads.
Fletcher is a Junior in high school.
